We created our loyalty program because here, everything we do is about making sure your pet lives the longest, happiest life by your side possible. With our loyalty program, you will earn stamps for getting your pets normal services like check-ups and exams. Bring your stamp card with you and every time you spend $100 (in one visit) you’ll earn a stamp. Once you’ve accumulated 16 stamps, you’ll earn a $100 reward credit which is applied to your account for your next visit! You can use your $100 credit for other services or items (no exclusions).
Ready to sign up? It’s easy! Fill out the Loyalty Program section when completing your Patient History form before your appointment. It is spam free, your email address lets us communicate with you on clinic news, satisfaction surveys, and your pet’s reminders but don’t worry, you can opt out of those emails if you would prefer.
Please note: The $100 per stamp must be on one invoice. You can combine stamp cards if you have more than one. The $100 reward is for your account, any pets on your account and for your next visit. The $100 reward is only for purchases made at Green Cove Pet Hospital and cannot be redeemed for cash. There’s no commitment, participation is not required. There is no penalty for not participating.
